Snow Ice Cream

The origins of the snow based dessert by this name is hard to verify, but the technique of using snow as a main ingredient in a dessert is very old. Common ingredients for this variety is a dairy based ingredient, sugar and a flavouring agent.
adding a small amount of dairy-based liquid and a flavouring agent (similar to ice cream ingredients) into clean snow, the snow melts and congeals into a simple ice cream substitute.

He Said: So this type of Ice cream is old and it has been made in Europe and around the world for centuries, but for me it was the first time i ever heard about it, oh well have you ever heard the saying “Is never to late” totally apply to me. I had it for the first time last night and it was amazing, I start with a scoop  of the typical vanilla flavor then an amazing rice pudding one and the finale the cognac flavor :) , When i walk around and complain about all the snow laying around on the streets the last thing on my mind is how good could a be as dessert. I just wanted to share with everyone my experience, please comment with recipies or places that sell the snow ice cream, I will do my research and will keep updating.
