She Said: I went to the Top of the Hub the other night for Restaurant Week. No other time would I go as the meals are super super expensive, and personally not the best choices or for my liking. HOWEVER -I went with some great friends and had a great time, enjoying a fantastic meal. For only $33.09, I was able to have a really nice dinner in one of Boston’s best restaurant and most notable. I started with Rocket Arugula (could have had clam chowder) which I noticed was very fresh. For the entree, I asked what was the vegetarian option. It was lasagne. I don’t like that, so I had the salmon. Loved it. Finally, creme brulee. I had too and glad I did.
I love restaurant week. It’s the best thing to happen to Boston. hahaha. So as for the Top of the Hub, if you really want an expensive meal and a nice view of the city, then go once as a tourist. Other than that, save up for restaurant week or go to the Skywalk and bring some nuts.
