A Night in Silver

No Comment Christofle, the french company that creates unique and modernized silver pieces, has finally opened a store in Boston. I was fortunate to raise a glass with new friends and other bloggers as we chatted about the Christofle pieces we adored as well as our own blogs.
So lets start from the beginning….I enter the store, greeted by shiny, and blinding, yet gorgeous silver pieces and designs. The silver trays and such were so polished that I ended up using them as my mirror. I took a stroll around the boutique and loved a few pieces and also questioned what some other pieces were. The jewelry was to die for, with some pieces being very delicate and a few being in your face. I loved the Chain Y, Trafic necklace piece and the collection 925 rings.
There are some things I just don’t understand such as the baby cups and decorations. For me, I couldn’t and wouldn’t drop that much money for my baby to drink out of those beautiful cups – not exactly in my budget. But Hey, if you have the money, the cups are very cute.
Christofle is definitely not cheap, but the pieces are quite beautiful. Go check out the store and feel beautiful! 300 Boylston St., Boston.
