Moves you have to figure out on your own
Busy Bee I am, on this post, I only have time to write down some awesome moves you can do! On the sad note, you’re gonna have to do a little more research on them.. Sorry!
Clock Lunge
Squat Jumps
Step ups with Knee Raise
Wood Chopper
Lunge Jumps
Power Skips
Inchworm Stretch
Figure 4 Stretch
These moves do not call for weights, except the wood chopper. If you do not have a weight try using a jug of water, or anything around 8 lbs. Do 10 on the left and 10 on the right. That’s one rep. Do it 2 to 3 times! in a circuit.
