Try these two cardio machines for a big burn!

Rowing Machine:

  • Warm up for 5 minutes and easy/semi easy pace.
  • For 1 minute, go all out as fast as you can.
  • For 2 minutes, recover at a pace just above the warm up.
  • Repeat intervals for 18 minutes.
  • Cool down for 4 minutes.

    Steps:

  • Warm up for 5 minutes and easy/semi easy pace.
  • For 10 minutes, increase intensity every two minutes.
  • Then climb down, decreasing intensity every 2 minutes.
  • Cool down for 5 minutes.
