By Friday! Yes, that’s right. Read on to hear the little secrets.
To slash calories, trade in your usual meals for these:
Have some eggs in the morning, instead of the bagel on the run.
Order a small coffee with a little nonfat milk instead of the lowfat latte.
For lunch, slurp a broth based soup with half of the turkey sandwich (lunch combos are genius).
Snack on 100 calorie snack packs for popcorn.
Going out for dinner? Pizza? opt for the thin crust veggie.
Incorporate these moves:
Going for a power walk
signing up for a gym class you never thought of taking
cleaning the house listening to your favorite jams
Take the stairs
Play video games that keep your heart rate up (WII Fit, active, Just Dance)
Pop in a DVD

In Women’s Health Mag, May Issue, Jillian Michaels is on the cover. Holy fishsticks do I enjoy watching the Biggest Loser!
So as the bikini months begin to emerge, I find myself needing to shape up. AND FAST. I spent a month resting and wasting. So today, this post, is the one where together we start our workouts together again.
Anyways. About this issue of the magazine, Jillian Michaels. Must I say more? She’s TV’s toughest trainer and I’m ready to follow her while I watch the Biggest Loser.
The task is to do what the contestants are doing while you watch the show. If they run, you run in place. If they have to do push ups, so do you.
Also make sure you write down what you learned and what you’ll try at the gym!
